There are two production centres, in Robassomero and Shanghai. There is product development and technical assistance in Germany. The logistics and distribution centre is located in the U.S.A. Each of the four plants has its own specific function. We try to achieve the best to give you the highest quality. |
1981 : establishment of Meter S.p.A. 1993 : relocation of the company to Robassomero 1999 : establishment of Meter Deutschland GmbH &Co.KG – engineering and product development company 1999 : establishment of Meter USA in Marysville, Michigan: a Joint Venture for the production of trolley wheels foor verhead and inverted conveyors 2001: establishment of Meter of America, logistics company for the distribution of Meter products in the U.S. market 2002: establishment of Shanghai Meter Bearings Corporation, subsidiary company of Meter S.p.A, and construction of a plant in Shanghai for the manufacturing of rolling bearings.
